  • The most recent stressful event that you have experienced
  • What you felt during the stressful event (e.g. headache, racing pulse, sweating, butterflies in your stomach, anger etc)
  • The fundamental cause of the stress
  • How well you managed with the event. Did your reaction help the problem or make it worse?
